Travelsnackbox (The Company) provides the Travelsnackbox website and services (“Travelsnackbox”, “we” “us” or “our”). These terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) oversee your (“you” or “your”) access to and utilisation of the www.travelsnackbox.com web site (the “Website”) and all services provided by Travelsnackbox via the Website including without limitation our monthly product and gift service (collectively, the “Services”).

Travelsnackbox is a provider of snack boxes. We deliver a box of snacks from a different country to your door. either on a one off or a subscription basis each month or as often as ordered (in the case of one off boxes). Each month the country and snacks are a surprise and are not disclosed until the end of the month.  Alternatively you can order a one off box or a subscription box from a specific country

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By using or accessing any piece of this site and subscribing to our service, you concur and become bound by these terms and conditions in this understanding and all other working guidelines, strategies (including, without confinement, Travelsnackbox Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published on this Site by Travelsnackbox (collectively, the “Agreement”).

 

Our services are only available to adults. Utilisation of the site/placing an order establishes your consent to these terms as they might be altered and updated from time to time without prior notice.

ACCOUNTS

Having created an account with us, you ensure that you are over the age of 18 and that the data you give us is exact, complete, and current consistently. MONTHLY DELIVERY

As a subscribed member, each month we will ship you a package with a different selection of snacks from a specific country selected by us (“Products”) – the specified country will not be disclosed until after all boxes have been shipped. Each month of your subscription, the selection of Products from the country of the month may/will change. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that a selection available in a particular timeframe will be available in any subsequent timeframe.

 

By subscribing or gifting the “The Original Travelsnackbox” you are guaranteed to receive 8 - 10 snacks in the box each month (“Products”).

By subscribing or gifting the “The Premium Travelsnackbox” you are guaranteed to receive 12 - 14 snacks in the box each month (“Products”).

As a subscribed user, we will transport you a package with a different selection of snacks that may comprise a mix of crisps, cookies, nuts, candy, gummies, chocolate or other snack-related items (“Products”).

BY SUBSCRIBING YOU CONSENT TO PAY THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE ITEMS THAT ARE PROVIDED EVERY MONTH. YOU ALSO, UNDERSTAND THE COUNTRY OF CHOICE FOR A PARTICULAR MONTH AND THE SNACKS ARE A SURPRISE AND WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED UPON ORDERING.

 
ORDERING SERVICES

You may order the service by following the order process on the site. When you request the service, your membership to the service will consequently restore each month, a quarter of a year, a half year, or a year until you cancel your service by following the headings on the site. On the contrary, subscriptions that are gifted will NOT automatically renew. We may change the price for the Services (on a regular basis in its sole watchfulness) by refreshing the site and with no extra notice to you, save that any progressions won’t produce results until your membership restores. We may send you token gifts and other surprises from time to time but these are discretionary items and there is no right to receive them.

 
BILLING AND PAYMENTS

If you order the product you agree to pay the then-current applicable item price listed on the site. We will automatically bill your credit/debit card submitted when ordering the service on the date the service is activated, and on the same date each month after that until you cancel your service. You hereby authorise us to bill your credit/debit card as described above.

 
SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS

Except if generally outlined at the time of your purchase, shipping and handling expenses are included in the cost of your order. Shipping dates, as well as delivery times, are estimated. UK orders are delivered for free and are estimated to arrive within 4-5 working days after being shipped. International orders are not free and delivery times can vary – delivery time and price for international shipping can be calculated upon checkout when offered by us. 

We will aim to ship your first box (introductory box) within a week of your order and all boxes after this will be shipped on the 30th day of the month, unless stated otherwise.

For misfortune/harm/damage claims, you should notify us within 3 days after the order has arrived, on the off chance that you accept all or some portion of your order is absent or harmed.  We will investigate as appropriate and will offer to put the situation right.  Repeated claims for damaged boxes may result in further investigation and if the goodwill of the Company is found to be abused your account may be cancelled/suspended accordingly.

 
REFUND POLICY

Customers that have a renewing subscription may request cancellation of their subscription renewal before the 1st of the month, through their account setting or by emailing customer care. Any subscription renewal cancellation thereafter cannot be processed, because the customer’s account will have been charged. In rare cases refunds maybe processed but at a small fee to cover admin costs.

By default, we offer no refunds because the goods shipped are perishable. However, we may grant refunds on an extraordinary case by case basis. If a customer is approved for a refund, the credit will be automatically applied to the credit/ debit card on file or original method of payment with 5-10 business days. Customer should contact us for refund requests.

 
TERMINATION OF USE

You concur that we may, at our sole tact, suspend or end your access to all or part of our site and Assets with or without notice and under any conditions, including, without impediment, rupture of this User Agreement. Any speculated unlawful, false or injurious movement might be the reason for ending your relationship and might be alluded to proper law enforcement authorities. PROMOTIONAL CODES AND DISCOUNTS
  • Promotion Codes must be redeemed on the website at the time of ordering.

  • You should be 18 years of age or over to redeem a promotion code.

  • Just one (1) promotion code might be redeemable per member account/per family unit/per advancement.

  • Promotion codes are redeemable on selected products only.

  • Promotion codes for subscriptions are valid on the first delivery only.

  • Promotion codes must be entered at check out so as to be applied to your order.

  • Promotion codes can not be applied after the order has been submitted.

  • In the event that the application or submission of a promotional code is found to be fraudulent the account and order that it has been applied to will be cancelled without refund or recourse and the matter will be referred to the Police or Action Fraud

  • Any issues in redeeming a promotional code should be referred to our Customer Support Team for resolution

 
RISK OF LOSS DURING SHIPMENT

All items purchased from Travelsnackbox are made pursuant to a shipping contract. We are not to be held responsible for any lost, stolen, melted, damaged, or destroyed items that may occur during the shipping process.  If your product does not arrive please notify us within 3 days so that we can investigate the issue.

 
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS

Subscribers may terminate their membership at any time. To terminate an active subscription, visit the “My Account” page. From that area of the website, you can cancel and pause your orders, change the payment method, subscriptions, and update the delivery address. You can also contact us via our email address to terminate your subscription.

 
CANCELLATION FEES

If you would no longer like to receive our products and your membership is currently active, you are exclusively in charge of terminating your subscriptions before it restores. This should be done by the 1st of the month.

 

If your membership renews after you have cancelled at the fault of the company, you will be refunded in full for the amount taken with no cancellation fees.   

 

The company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs where you did not cancel before the1st of the month and due to factors outside your control you do not wish to receive/or are unable to receive the next instalment.  These charges will be £10 which will be taken from the amount to be refunded before the refund is made.

 

All deals are conclusive. Refunds are prepared on a case by case premise at the discretion of the Company.

 
ALLERGIES

Our products will come pre packed and the manufacturers nutritional information will be clearly displayed.  A portion of our snacks may contain allergens, for example, yet not restricted to peanuts, almonds, cashews, pecans, different natural products, gluten, lactose, eggs, shellfish, soy, wheat, and so on. The allergens will typically be displayed in bold font in the ingredients lists.  We cannot cater for specific dietary intolerances or allergies, please check the ingredients carefully before consumption and if in any doubt give the suspect item to a friend.  We cannot be held responsible for any medical incidents which result from not reading the packaging.
