Travelsnackbox is new & exciting, where every month we send you a package of snacks from a different country.  You can choose either a surprise box or a one from a specific country.

There's a mix of sweet & savoury snacks plus the occasional surprise and we’ve carefully chosen them to give you a taste of the world, one snack at a time. 


You also receive an information leaflet telling you all about that month's country so that you can get to know it a little bit better - which country will be your favorite?

How do I join?

Sign up using the links to the store on the home page - choose either the original or premium box, get excited, and wait for your delivery.

What is in my first box?

This will be our introductory box and will have snacks from a variety of countries so that you can taste the world without leaving home!!  You’ll also receive a leaflet telling you all about us.

What happens next?

Each month you will receive a box from a different country, delivered directly to you.  The countries will be a surprise so you never know what you’re going to get — your subscription will auto-renew unless you pause it, cancel it, or it expires.


When will I get it?

Your first box will be an introductory box and it'll be delivered approximately 5 days after you've ordered it.

The next box will be shipped around the 30th of the month and it will be with you approximately 5 days later.

How do I change my delivery address?

Log into your account and update your details under My Addresses

How do I know it’s been sent?

As soon as we’ve got our boxes safely dispatched out into the world we will send you an email to let you know its been shipped - you can sit back, relax and look forward to it arriving with you in a few days.

Can I recycle my box?

Please do, we have deliberately selected eco-friendly packaging so that we are doing our bit for the planet.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all kinds of credit and debit cards, but, please don’t try to pay using your Tesco Clubcard or Sainsburys Nectar cards as they won’t get you very far.

How do I change my payment method?

Log into your account and save your new card details - please don’t forget to delete the old one.


Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes - but before you do please have a chat with us if you’re not happy.  We want to make our customers happy so if there is something that we can put right then just let us know. If you do decide to cancel your subscription, please make sure that you do it before the 1st of the month.

Can I pause my box delivery?

Yes, just log into your account before the 1st of the month and pause your subscription.

Can I change my address?

Yes, please just log into your account and update it.

Can you cater for vegetarian, gluten-free or allergies?

No - in order to offer a great range of snacks we can’t tailor the boxes to different dietary requirements. However, each box will have a note advising you that allergens may be present.

Each product will be prepackaged and will have a full list of ingredients with the allergens typically highlighted in bold text so please check them carefully. 

If you can’t eat a certain snack, why not share it with your friends in the hope that they will order their own box and we can say a big thank you to you by rewarding you in our own special way.


Can I give a box as a gift?

Yes, please do - we know that buying gifts for people can be difficult so we want to make it easy for you to give a subscription or a box as a gift for that snack loving person who has everything.

How do I do it?

The easiest way is to buy a box via the store, alternatively we can give you a gift voucher that they can redeem on the website - the voucher can be emailed or posted.

I have a gift, how do I claim it?

Set up an account, enter your code, and buy your box - its as easy as 1, 2, 3, and if it's not then please let us know and we will help you.

Can I add a message

Yes, just let us know what you'd like to say and we will take care of the rest

Can you deliver on a specific date?

We will do our best but cannot guarantee to deliver on a specific date due to factors beyond our control once it has left us.
